Photo Gallery II: A Weekend Get-a-Way On Lake Okoboji What was once an old dilapidated Victorian farm house with lakeshore history on Lake Okoboji was saved and remodeled to have shingle-style New England character. Unfortunately we were unable to save the interior of the old main building, so we designed vintage looking built-ins, beams, old wood floors and cabinets back in to appear as if they had been there forever. The old garage was converted to a separate guest house with private patio. We designed the new construction carriage house to look old and kept the scale down, but it has three bedrooms each with their own sink, two baths, a living/dining/kitchen with fireplace and charming built in cabinets.
